Master Association Details:
Assessments are monthly at $92 per month for residential lots. The monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 30th. You may pay the annual fee all at once for a total of $1,104.

Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR)
Usage and Privacy Policy
Section V of the Association’s Video Surveillance & Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) Usage and Privacy Policy, posted in accordance with Civil Code § 1798.90.51. The complete Policy, which also governs video surveillance at the Common Areas and Recreational Facilities, is available to members on request.
Proposed — Not Yet Adopted
This Policy is a proposed rule change published for member review. The Board of Directors is scheduled to consider its adoption at its meeting on September 15, 2026. This Policy does not take effect unless and until the Board adopts it.

In accordance with Civil Code § 1798.90.51 and § 1798.90.53, the Woodward Lake Master Association (“Association”) maintains the following usage and privacy policy governing its ALPR System. This ALPR System – Usage and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended to ensure that the access, use, sharing, and dissemination of ALPR information is consistent with respect for individuals’ privacy and civil liberties. This Policy will be made available to the public in writing upon request and posted conspicuously on the Association’s website.
AAuthorized Purposes
ALPR Information is collected and used solely to: (1) monitor and record vehicle traffic entering and exiting the community at Woodward Lake Master Association vehicle entry/exit points only; (2) deter and detect unauthorized entry, vandalism, or other criminal activity occurring within the community; and (3) support law enforcement investigations of criminal or potential criminal activity occurring within the community. ALPR Information will not be used for any purpose unrelated to these authorized purposes.
BAuthorized Personnel and Training
Access to the ALPR System and ALPR Information is limited to Board-designated management staff and the Association’s ALPR vendor and its authorized contractors, for repair and maintenance purposes. Before being granted access, each authorized individual must complete training on this Policy, the requirements of the ALPR Law, and the Association’s data-handling and privacy procedures. Authorized individuals must also sign a confidentiality and Policy acknowledgment form.
CSystem Monitoring and Audits
The ALPR System’s access logs will be reviewed periodically by the Board or its designated Executive Committee to confirm compliance with this Policy and applicable law. The Board will conduct a compliance audit of the ALPR System at least annually.
DData Sharing and Access
ALPR Information will not be sold. ALPR Information may be shared only: (1) with law enforcement pursuant to a valid written request or legal process; or (2) as required by court order or applicable law. The Association will not share or transfer ALPR information for commercial purposes.
EOfficial Custodian
The Association is the official custodian and owner of the ALPR System. The Association’s Board of Directors is responsible for implementing this Policy on behalf of the Association.
FALPR System Accuracy
To ensure the accuracy of ALPR information and correct data errors, the Association will follow its ALPR System vendor’s recommendations for accuracy and calibration procedures. The Association’s ALPR vendor provides automatic system updates to continually maintain the system.
GData Retention and Destruction
ALPR Information not flagged for an investigation or legal matter will be retained for no longer than thirty (30) days and then automatically deleted or overwritten. Information relating to an active investigation or legal matter will be retained for a period of one (1) year and will be released only upon valid written request, subpoena, or court order.
HRecord of ALPR Access
Consistent with Civil Code §1798.90.52, the Association will maintain a record of all ALPR System access. Such record will include all of the following:
- (a)The date and time the information is accessed;
- (b)The license plate number or other data elements used to query the ALPR system;
- (c)The username of the person who accesses the information, and, as applicable, the organization or entity with whom the person is affiliated; and
- (d)The purpose for accessing the information.
